Su objetivo general es contribuir a la aplicación, actualización y desarrollo de la política y la legislación comunitarias en materia de medio ambiente, incluida la integración del medio ambiente en otras políticas, con lo cual contribuirá al desarrollo sostenible.
La Campaña "Cambiar el cambio" se enmarca en el componente LIFE+ Información y Comunicación cuyos objetivos son divulgar información y fomentar la sensibilización en torno a los temas medioambientales y respaldar las medidas de acompañamiento como información, actividades y campañas de comunicación, conferencias y formación.
